HEad bursting

today is just one of my worst days, as the lifeguard training class, just gets harder and harder. we have to dive down to a depth of 14 feet, which is around 4.5 meter. Man, i had never done any diving deeper than 2 m and this one really hurt me a lot. when i go deeper to the water, my ear feels like its gonna burst. the pressure, is just so strong and after a while, the pain travelled to my whole head. Definitely one of the worst feelings that i ever had. the instructor told us, that to counter it, we have to blow our nose in the water. it was so hard to do it, as when u go deeper, ur lungs demand more air and yet at the same time you r blowing air out of ur nose. Exhausting and painful process of diving deep. :( we did practised some diving rescue in where each one takes a partner and save him who is at the bottom of the pool. it was so hard as he was heavy and lacking of air. but u all know wat the hardwork really paid off in the locker room. i was changing my clothes in the freezing locker, which had no heater and the temperature is around 0 degree wheni suddenly heard sounds from teh girls locker which was beside us. the girls were talking like " pass me the soap and man its cold here" Me and the other guy, were like ohhh dude this totally awesome. so wat i am telling u all is tat work hard and surely ur hardwork will be paid off in return :p
